Step 3: 3D Wax Model

Step 4: 3D Metal Casting

Step 5: 3D Basic Assembly

Step 6: Stone Setting

Step 7: Finish, Polish, and Inspect

Before we begin the technical part of the manufacturing process, we invite our customers to a design meeting. Here, we discuss your desires and ideas, review sketches and inspiration images, and establish the key details of your jewelry piece. This step ensures that we understand your vision and can create a design that precisely matches your expectations.

Once the design is finalized, our skilled designers use advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create a detailed 3D model of the jewelry. This digital model allows us to fine-tune every aspect of the design, ensuring that all proportions and details are perfect before moving to the next step.

Using the digital model, we print a wax version of the jewelry using 3D printing technology. This wax model serves as a physical prototype that we can inspect and adjust to ensure the design is exactly as it should be. This step is crucial for identifying and correcting any errors before proceeding to casting.

Once the wax model is approved, we use it to create a mold. We then melt the chosen metal and pour it into the mold to create the raw jewelry component. Our experienced craftsmen carefully monitor the casting process to ensure the metal flows correctly and forms a solid, flawless base for the finished piece.

After metal casting, we begin assembling the various parts of the jewelry. We refine the shape and remove any casting remnants to ensure all parts fit together perfectly. This step involves precision work to ensure the jewelry is solid and looks beautiful from every angle.

Now it’s time to add any gemstones or other decorative elements to the jewelry. Our skilled stone setters place the stones with great precision to ensure they are securely set and enhance the beauty of the piece. Each stone is checked to ensure it is perfectly positioned and fixed.

The final step in the manufacturing process involves giving the jewelry a flawless finish. We polish the metal to make it shine beautifully and add any final details. Lastly, we conduct a thorough quality inspection to ensure the jewelry meets our high standards and your expectations.
